Responsibilities include developing relationships with referring clinicians, identifying new business opportunities and maintaining budgeted census goals. In addition, the Clinical Outreach Director will assess patients for appropriateness for Silver Hill's residential programs. Licensed clinical social worker preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.

Temporary 5-month position, June-November
Coordinate the transfer of patients from inpatient to transitional living programs.  Explain
services to patients and families, discuss financial options, complete financial paperwork.
Ability to multi-task is essential.  Strong communication and computer skills required.

Lead executive for Nursing Department. Responsible for planning, directing, implementing and coordinating nursing services, as well as evaluating nursing practice, policies and procedures. Candidate must possess MSN, 5+ years psychiatric nursing experience and supervisory nursing experience in an inpatient setting. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent managerial and communication skills are essential.

Full Time, Days, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
Responsible for the improvement and maintenance of clinical psychiatric nursing care. Provides direct and indirect care to patients and their families, promoting staff development, disseminating and conducting research, working with interdisciplinary teams and evaluating outcomes of nursing practice. MSN in Psychiatric Nursing and mental health nursing experience required. Five years of nursing experience and Connecticut license required. Certification in Mental Health Nursing preferred.

Assists Physical Therapist with care and treatment of chronic pain patients.
AA in Physical Therapy required.

A non-clinical position that supports patients relapse prevention in collaboration with family members and aftercare clinicians.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) required.  
BA or Masters in behavioral health or related field desirable.

Senior Residential Counselor, Transitional Living Program for Adolescents
Full Time, Days, Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
MSW & mental health and adolescent patient population experience preferred.   Supervisory experience required.

Per Diem, Days, including some weekend hours.
Certification and experience in Horticultural Therapy required

Full Time, Days, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
LCSW required. Experience working with chronic psychiatric and addicted patient population required.

Full Time, Monday to Friday, Days, 8:30am - 5:00pm & Evenings (2 to 3 evenings a week required)
LCSW and DBT training and experience required.
