By Train
From New York or Boston, trains stop at Stamford, Connecticut where a transfer is made to trains on the New Canaan spur. A taxi may be taken from the railroad station in New Canaan to Silver Hill Hospital.

By Car
From I-95 or the Connecticut Turnpike, take exit 15 to Route 7 North. Take exit 2 and turn right onto Route 123 North. Turn right again to follow Route 123 North. Follow approximately 4 miles and turn right onto Route 106 North. Follow approximately 2 miles. At stop sign, turn left onto Valley Road. At second stop sign, continue straight on Valley Road. Silver Hill Hospital is approximately ½ mile down Valley Road.
From the Merritt Parkway Southbound, take Exit 38 and turn left onto Route 123 North. Follow approximately 2 miles and turn right onto Route 106 North. Follow approximately 2 miles. At stop sign, turn left onto Valley Road. At second stop sign, continue straight on Valley Road. Silver Hill Hospital is located ½ mile on Valley Road. Admissions is located on the West Campus.
From the Merritt Parkway Northbound, take Exit 38 and turn right onto Route 123 North. Follow approximately 2 miles and turn right onto Route 106 North. Follow approximately 2 miles. At stop sign, turn left onto Valley Road. At second stop sign, continue straight on Valley Road. Silver Hill Hospital is located ½ mile on Valley Road. Admissions is located on the West Campus.
From the Hutchinson River Parkway, follow to the Merritt Parkway and refer to the Merritt Parkway Northbound directions.
From Long Island, follow the Whitestone Bridge to the Hutchinson River Parkway to the Merritt Parkway and refer to the Merritt Parkway Northbound directions.
