Once you have been a patient at Silver Hill Hospital, you remain a member of our extended Silver Hill Family through our Alumni Association. The Alumni Association provides a necessary link to remaining connected after the completion of treatment.
Various opportunities, including special events, are available to former patients through the Alumni Association in order to keep alumni and their families close to the hospital and to encourage them to return to our beautiful campus. Alumni may choose to be involved in any of the following ways: attend the Annual Reunion and Alumni Nights on campus, serve as a Hospital volunteer, participate in the Silver Links program, share your story with current patients, and help the hospital raise philanthropic funds.
Alumni are continually informed of events and updates at Silver Hill Hospital through emails and mailings. We publish our campus arts & literature magazine, The Silver Lining, quarterly to offer patients, staff, alumni and families a creative outlet that can be helpful during the recovery process. Whether you express yourself in doodles or drawings, painting or sculpture, collages, song lyrics, poetry or photography, essays or short stories, we invite you to share your creativity with us and each other.
Alumni are also invited to enjoy Wellness Services at the Martin Center: Yoga, Massage, Acupuncture, Reiki, and Jin Shin Acupressure. Please contact the Wellness Office at 203-801-2333 for details.
