Suicide: The Ripple Effect Screening
Join us on May 23rd at 7:30pm for a screening of Suicide: The Ripple Effect. The film chronicles the journey of Kevin Hines who attempted to take his life by jumping from the Golden Gate Bridge. In the United States alone there are one million suicide attempts and over 40,000 deaths by suicide every year. The film takes a hopeful and intriguing approach to the epidemic by highlighting the work being done by those that have been directly impacted by suicide. Special guest John Draper, Director of the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline who is featured in the film will speak at the screening.
